Frequently asked questions
How long does a key last?
Every key lasts 12 hours from the moment it's issued. The countdown above shows exactly how much time you have left.
Why do I have to disable my ad blocker?
The checkpoint is supported by ads, and that's what keeps Synth Hub free. Ad blockers break the checkpoint, so we ask you to pause yours for this site and for Boostellar while you get your key.
I finished the checkpoint but didn't get a key.
Make sure you come back to this page in the same browser you started in. If the page shows a "Checkpoint saved" message, press Retry. If it still doesn't work, press Start to do a new checkpoint or ask for help in our Discord.
Can I get another key before mine expires?
No. Each browser can hold one active key at a time. As soon as it expires you can get a fresh one.
My key stopped working.
Keys stop working when they expire, and keys that are shared or resold can be revoked. Get a new key with a fresh checkpoint.
